Where do you ship?

The contiguous United States (lower 48) only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard and express are available.

Do you offer a discount?

Yes! Sign up for our email list and get 10% off your first order of $50 or more.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

Our gear ships directly from partner warehouses. Items from different suppliers ship separately, so they may arrive on different days.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it does.

What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, and we provide the return label free. See our Returns page for details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email us a photo within 15 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Is the gear new or surplus?

Each product page lists its condition. Check the description before you order.
